Annandale Distillery is responsible for this stunning whisky, matured in Burgundy casks using a combination of peated and unpeated malt spirit. The casks have been through the ‘STR’ (shaved, toasted and recharred) process, under the guidance of the late, great Dr. Jim Swan.
