From the Balvenie Distillery we have The Week of Peat – a nineteen-year-old single-malt. Thanks to the Distillery Manager, Ian Millar, spotting a gap in the distillery’s schedule, Balvenie distils a batch of peated malt once a year, for a week. This is the result!
