This London Dry is named after a 250-year old gentleman’s club at the heart of SW1. The venue has been variously frequented by men as illustrious as Winston Churchill and Ian Fleming. The club’s namesake is curiously citrus-free, but it is rich in nutmeg, sage and rosemary, making it a more savoury experience to which you should add a slice of lemon or lime.
