Distilled from organic barley, Bruichladdich Organic 2009 is rich, complex and utterly memorable. The unpeated Islay single malt is aged in American oak casks which formerly held bourbon and Tennessee whiskies, and their influence can be felt fully thanks to the lack of chill filtration and colouring.
