Cambus Cambus 1991 - 27 Year Old - Celebration of the Cask

Forming part of the Celebration of the Cask collection, Cambus 1991 - 27 Year Old - Celebration of the Cask was aged for almost three decades in a single sherry butt before bottling in April 2019. This is a deep and tasty dram with orange sweets, walnut, oak and some honeycomb on the nose. Then we taste a hint of chocolate ice cream in a crunchy waffle cone, and some carraway spice. The finish is rich with a hint of cigar smoke, sugary almond and sherbet lemon.
