Galley Head Irish Whiskey is a premium expression from Clonakilty Distillery. It’s inspired by the Galley Head Lighthouse, which sits at the southernmost tip of Dundeady Island. The malt has been finished in re-shaved, re-toasted wine casks, and Bordeaux casks, too.
