This is one of several bottlings from John Crabbie & Sons whose origins we know very little about. It’s bottled at twenty-eight years of age, and hails from the Glenlivet valley, in Speyside, though the precise distillery is undisclosed. What we do know is that it’s sumptuous, with plenty of patisserie notes to be discerned, including peaches, almonds and vanilla custard.
