This magnificent Dailuaine has been bottled as part of Signatory’s ‘Un-Chillfiltered Collection’. Distilled in 2009, it’s rested for twelve years in two hogsheads. The lack of chill-filtration means a cloudy spirit, but a more flavoursome one.
