This special release from Four Roses commemorates the promotion of Brent Elliot to master distiller in 2015. It’s seriously powerful stuff at just over 60% ABV, and boasts peach-jam notes in the nose, a sprinkling of vanilla and nutmeg in the palate, and the sweetness of apricot to finish.
