This is the second release from GlenWyvis’s 2018 highland single-malt whisky. It’s been double distilled from local concerto barley, which was fermented for several days. Maturation took place in a combination of Tennessee whiskey barrels, Oloroso hogsheads, and refilled scotch whisky hogsheads.
