So named for the population of 212 on the stunning isle of Jura, this is the first of the soon to be annual Two-One-Two series from the island’s world famous distillery. Matured for 13 years in American white oak bourbon barrels and finished in Chinkapin oak, this is a creamy expression with notes of toffee and pistachio most prominently
