The classic Single Barrel release from Chicago distillery Koval, this one is aged in a cask made of Minnesotan oak before bottling. Only locally sourced grain is used in the production, the upshot being a refreshing whiskey with satisfying notes of honeyed fruit and a spicy but pleasant finish.
