One for the inquisitive drinker, Hendrick’s gin is the result of curiosity, cucumber and peculiar contraptions. With the help of Ms. Lesley Grace and her affinity for barmy botanicals, she helped the Grant family find the perfect flavour combination to infuse into its eccentric, exceedingly smooth gin, settling on the recipe in 1999. Cucumber and rose flavours can now be found meandering in its two unusual stills – a rare Carter-Head and a 19 th century Bennet – responsible for the distinguished flavour that now attracts the gin’s unusual audience.
