This Teaninich was distilled in 1983, and matured over thirty-five years in a refill sherry butt. The nose is refined and elegant, with aromas of rich malt, menthol. pears and vanilla mingling with gentle smoke. The palate offers notes of peat and sea-salt initially, alongside cardamom, vanilla, passion fruit and rich malt.
