Ask anybody to name an Irish band and more often that not The Pogues will be the first name to mind, and The Pogues Single Malt Irish Whiskey is their very first Irish blend whiskey by West Cork Distillery. Matured in oak bourbon barrels, this fine blend has a slightly floral nose with some salted caramel and chocolate, while the palate is dry and oaky with some notes of spice, marshmallow, biscuit, chocolate and chai spice. The finish is gentle with more caramel and cinnamon.

Outstanding. This and the single grain are excellent. I love the band so was delighted they're behind an excellent tipple as well.
