Tomatin is a highland distillery that’s released a quartet of exceptional wine-finished expressions, called ‘The French Collection’. Like the other members of the line-up, this expression was distilled in May 2008, but in this instance it’s been finished in Cognac casks, sourced from the famous wine-producing region in France.
