The signature Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon undergoes partial finishing in Californian red wine casks before being expertly blended back with traditional bourbon and bottled at 80 proof. Created by eighth-generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe as part of Basil Hayden's lighter-bourbon innovation series, released in fall 2022. Notes of dried cherry and sweet vanilla.
