Bimber Single Cask #16/319 - Antipodes Collection

Distilled in the heart of London at the Bimber distillery, this unique release was specially bottled for French whisky connoisseurs at La Maison Du Whisky as a part of their prestigious Antipodes collection. Crafted without the influence of peat, this expression matured in a single oak cask for an undisclosed duration before undergoing a 9-month finishing period in a Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead. Limited to just 319 bottles, this whisky is presented at a bold 57.8% abv, bottled without chill filtration or artificial colourings for an authentic and robust character.
