Only selected, ripe Swiss cherries are used for these fruity Kirsch brandies. Dettling distills the cherries gently and with great care in a tradition dating back more than 130 years. Dettling today operates one of the most modern distilleries in Europe. This distinctive Kirsch brandy owes its unique smoothness, full-bodied taste and golden colour to the fleshy cherries and maturing in a wooden vat. A speciality for connoisseurs.
