Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Whiskey - 62.8%

This robust Kentucky whiskey is a undeniable flavour bomb. It is a rare chance to experience 12 year old Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. With a varied mash bill of 78% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, 10% Rye it is a complex dram with lots of depth. Notes of caramel, oak and spicy pepper.
