This bourbon from FEW Spirits has been crafted for those who enjoy big smoke flavours. There are three kinds of wood used to generate the smoke: apple, cherry and mesquite. The nose provides earthy apple and roasted apricot fruit, with a dash of pastry and salt in the palate. The finish is as smoky as you’d expect.
