Expect notes of lemon, black cherries, cocoa nibs, honey and peat smoke alongside a hint of pistachio. Pair with squares of rich dark chocolate.

1st off I just started drinking Scotch. My first was 18 year old Viking Pride (love it). So I tried this one after a few days and I must say it has the Highland Park quality and rich flavors. Compared to Viking Pride. I would have to say Sky of Orkney has a much smoother and fruitier taste, not as much smoke flavor but still has a strong honey aroma. I sip this Scotch as a little treat. Love it and will buy more.
