This is the twenty-one-year of Lum Reek. It’s blended using whiskies from both Islay and Speyside, and matured at GlenAllachie in a combination of different red wine, first-fill bourbon, and Pedro Ximénez casks. It’s rich in heather honey, toffee and peat, the perfect balance between peat and rich, a fruity character.
