This is the Tequila Añejo from Padre Azul, in Jalisco Mexico. Like all great tequila, it’s double-distilled from pure agave. Here, that process is followed by an eighteen-month spell in hand-picked bourbon barrels. It’s complex, smooth, and delicious.

Saw this in a tasting pack and was my favourite. Bought the bigger bottle. Opened one evening with friends. Everyone thought it was amazing. Drank straight or on ice. The bottle don’t last long.
Flavours are matured. No harsh alcohol taste from say a Blanco. The aging has made such a difference.
Bought other version of Anejo but this is my favourite
