Paul John Classic Select Cask is an Indian whisky manufactured in Goa by John’s Distilleries, and this release is a fine one like many of their expressions. This particular release is an unpeated expression bottled at 55.2% ABV. It’s extremely complex but exquisite on the nose and palate and with a light and elegant finish, it’s definitely one to write home about.
