The Toasted Series takes Penelope Bourbon’s signature four grain spirit in exciting new flavour directions. This whiskey has been matured fully in charred American Oak, before being finished in another freshly-toasted barrel. The barrels are chosen according to strict criteria, and this rich, flavoursome Bourbon is bottled unfiltered at barrel strength.
