A rare decade-old Scapa manufactured for the travel retail market in the early 90s, this one’s aged especially well. Scapa, for the uninitiated, is a modest distillery which braves the extreme elements of Orkney. The Scotch itself is light and balanced, with aromas of apples, vanilla and cigar ash.
