Starward Vitalis

Vitalis, a special limited-edition Australian single malt whisky from Starward, marks a momentous occasion—the distillery's 15th birthday. Crafted by blending six meticulously chosen whisky parcels, each holding significant importance in Starward's narrative, Vitalis boasts a lively and intricate character. The nose is greeted by inviting aromas of chewy toffee, raisins, chocolate-covered pineapple, and cedar. On the palate, one can savor flavors of dried fruit, redcurrants, and lightly roasted coffee beans, which gracefully transition to notes of walnut oil, oak spice, and lingering juicy fruit accents in the finish.
