Tomintoul Peaty Tang is just as you would expect – nicely peaty with lots of smoky notes. The nose is very full with lots of deep and rich aromas such as root of heather, wood smoke and thick dark peat. There is also some pine oil, copper and barley malt. The palate is peaty again with some pepper notes and gentle smoke following it.
