Waterford’s commitment to sourcing only the finest Irish barley is evident in this amazing expression. The barley comes from Ballybannon in County Carlow, whose terroir is lime-rich and perfectly suited to peated whiskey. For this one, it’s been kiln-dried to a peaty 47ppm.
