This wonderful single-malt whisky from Braes of Glenlivet is part of the ‘Secret Speyside’ collection, which has been assembled to showcase some of the region’s underappreciated drams. This whisky was matured for a quarter of a century in a first-fill barrel.

Very much considered the lesser sibling to the incredible Aberlour 18, the A16 is exquisite in its own right (as is the A14) and well worth seeking out. More delicate than the A18, but still super smooth and a beautiful drink.
