Ardbeg’s Blaaack Committee Release is so named after the sheep that roam both Scotland and New Zealand. It’s a classic Islay matured pinot noir casks sourced from New Zealand. In the nose, it provides plenty of complex cedar and cigar; in the palate, there’s cherry, apricot and soot.
