The 2025 edition of Bunnahabhain's 21-year-old is a real treat for those who love richly sherried versions of this beautiful unpeated Islay spirit. The whisky for this limited edition was first aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks before being transferred to Pedro Ximenez casks for the final 21 months and then bottled at 53.1% ABV. The result is a robust, oily dram with rich coastal character, complex layers of sweetness and a beguiling spiciness.
