Cloven Hoof have worked wonders and created the first rum in the world to mix with tonic! Bursting with zesty summer flavours, Pink Hoof is a delightfully refreshing alternative to gin and tonic. Pink Hoof is a blend of 5 year old barrel aged rum from Trinidad Distillers and unaged white rum from Guyana’s famous Diamond Distillery. The rum is charcoal filtered to make it clearer, purer and smoother. infused with a magical combination of natural extracts: the natural sweetness of raspberry and elderflower, the tang of rhubarb, and floral scented flavours from rose petal.
Pink Hoof and Tonic: put 50ml Pink Hoof in a large glass with lots of ice. Add 150ml of good quality tonic and garnish with sliced strawberries and raspberries to discover your bittersweet harmony.
I was intrigued by this rum and tried it how liven hoof suggest. Large glass with strawberries , raspberries, loads of ice and tonic. The taste is nothing short of incredible, a beautiful summer drink!
