This release from Elgin distillery Glen Moray was finished for eight months in sherry casks before being bottled, and it really shows in the sweet and distinctive flavour profile. Aside from the sherry itself you’ll enjoy the warm soothing texture and more subtle hints of cinnamon and nutmeg
