With Macallan's deep heritage in sherry cask aging, this release was a natural fit, showcasing the connection between the distillery and sherry casks. Aged in sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, this single malt celebrates Jerez’s New Year’s Eve traditions, known as Nocheviejo. Bottled at 43% ABV with its natural color, it’s a tribute to the spirit of the season.
