This release from Overeem distillery in Tasmania is the latest addition to That Boutique-y Whisky Company's Return to Oz series. The Australian single malt has been matured for five years in an Apera cask, which is similar to sherry. The distillery was recently re-acquired by Jane Overeem, daughter of its founder, Casey Overeem, in 2020, bringing new hope to fans of the distillery.
