The Lakes Distillery’s ‘One’ collection showcases a range of premium whiskies, blended to spectacular effect. This expression has been finished in sherry wine casks, sourced from Spain. This provides a complex fruit influence, with up-front Medjool date and raisin notes giving way to gentle smoke in the palate.

The Lakes Distillery is definitely producing some fantastic whiskies of late, a cheaper alternative to their brilliant Single Malt releases.
