Bardstown is set on 100 acres of farmland in the middle of Kentucky - just the place to make bourbon! They're a very modern distillery with a focus on sustainability, transparency and innovation.
This straight bourbon is made with a high (36%) rye mashbill, giving it a spicy, minty character on top of the classic bourbon notes.
