Cardrona Full Flight - Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask

The Full Flight whisky bottling is aged for seven years and one day, and has been double sherry matured. The whisky was initially aged in a González Byass Oloroso Sherry Butt, and finished in a Pedro Ximénez Butt, resulting in a decadently rich and flavorful expression. On the nose, it offers notes of buttered hot cross buns, rich in spices and raisins, with hints of sun-scorched nectarines and a drizzle of Cardrona's signature borage flower honey.
