The fifth release in The Macallan's globe-spanning Distil Your World series, created by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell in collaboration with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca. Matured across sherry-seasoned American and European oak, ex-bourbon and rare Cognac casks, it opens with almond croissants, perfumed rose and sweet nectarines, developing into buttered pastry, brioche, peach melba and toasted oak. A love letter to Parisian gastronomy, bottled at 47.2% ABV.
