An unpeated single cask from Annandale Distillery, named Man O'Words in tribute to local exciseman-turned-national-bard Robert Burns. Matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask, this expression showcases the gentler, more measured wood influence of a second-fill barrel, letting the distillery's fruity, honeyed new-make character shine through with soft vanilla and grassy undertones. Bottled at natural cask strength from a single cask.
