Here we have the first batch of Connacht single-malt Irish whisky. It’s been double-distilled in copper pot stills, using 100% malted Irish barley. The result has been aged initially in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to Jerez casks for the finish. This amounts to four years in the cask altogether.
