This 2009 Edradour was matured for twelve years in a single sherry butt, which ultimately yielded just 638 bottles. Those sherried notes nicely complement the typical Highland ones you might expect! Edradour is among the country’s smallest working distilleries, and their whiskies are always in high demand.
