This 10-year-old Edradour single malt is a deliciously indulgent sherry bomb that's full of rich sticky toffee pudding, liquorice and apple pie flavours. It was distilled at Scotland's smallest traditional distillery and aged in a single sherry butt until May 2024, after which it was filled into just 361 bottles. I am a big fam of heavily sherries scotches, and this one hits up there with the best of them. Despite only 10 years old, it's a deep richly sherried scotch, very flavorful despite being relatively young.
