This 21-year-old Glengoyne has been matured entirely in sherry casks, most of which are first-fill European oak casks. The profile is rich in those complex dried fruit notes, with plenty of cinnamon spice and strudel accenting throughout.

A very good dram, fruit on the nose with a hint of oak. The taste starts with raspberry jam followed by vanilla and honey. The finish is long with a taste of cherry cheese cake. An excellent scotch.
