A very easy drinking smooth whisky, not harsh at all. Like the Glenmorangie 10yr old only better
Overall Rating - 5Ordered this 19 year old glenmorangie received it 2 days later, great service and packaging. This is a beautifully smooth, creamy and delicate whisky. Has now become my whisky and favourite glenmorangie, it is like the 10 year old only better. I am not an expert whisky drink, but I got creaminess, vanilla, toffee and other similar notes from the taste and smell. Really really worth trying and hope they continue to produce it.
Overall Rating - 5I am now expert and whisky tasting, I have only been drinking it for a year or so and have found a few I like and a few I dislike.I purchased the 29 year old after having enjoyed the 10 year old, the midwinters night dram and limited edition bacalta.The 19 year old has a nice creamy texture, i get a hint of pepper, this to me is a delicate and floral whisky. Golden in colour smooth to drink. Would recommend this to anyone
