Griottines

Griottines is created at the Pereux distillery, founded back in 1864. The firm started out producing delicious fruit brandies, the most popular of which being Fougerolles kirsch – but when the founder’s grandson, Claude, took over, he drove the company forward, prizing innovation above all else. In 1955, after extensive research commission by Claude, the Morello cherry line for chocolate makers (soon to be renamed Griottines) launched.
