A cream liqueur (not to be confused with a crème liqueur) is a liqueur that includes cream, diary or otherwise. Its base alcohol can be whisky, rum, vodka, or any other distilled spirit. Whilst Bailey’s Irish cream is the most well-known cream liqueur, it is by no means the only one on the market. Cream liqueurs are a seductively smooth, rich, indulgent luxury. The thicker texture of a cream liqueur makes the taste linger for longer, making it the perfect temptation for those with a sweet tooth.
