The name ‘Mac-Talla’ comes from the Scotch-Gaelic term for ‘echo’. This expression, the fifteen-year-old ‘Strata’, takes its cue from the rocky shores of Islay. It owes its fruity, spice-rich profile to a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
